To Do List

Here are a bunch of jobs of varying difficulty/importance that could be done this year.

• Refinish the whaler oars. The varnish has all come off, and sanding plus a new coat will help them live longer
• [done] Sand/paint rowboat. The paint has peeled off several places.
• Repair trim around cabin and tool shed doors. At the bottom the wood has rotted away a bit
• Repair some cottage porch roof posts. Several of them show damage near the top
• Replace kitchen floor. It is peeling up a bit in places.
• Trim back bushes. The plants are encroaching on the yard and should be cut back.
• Clear poison ivy near sand. In the sand beyond the cabin the poison ivy is going wild.
